Process.

Follow these nine guidelines to ensure a smooth and productive engagement with our security team. Each step shortens the time between your submission and our first dispatch.

Section F · The Nine Points

Submission Guidelines

File these alongside your scoping form. They are not bureaucracy — they are how good engagements stay good.

  1. 01Point No. 01

    Understand the Services

Review the list of services we offer. Each service addresses different aspects of cybersecurity — select the one(s) that align with your current requirements.

  2. 02Point No. 02

    Define the Scope

Define the scope of testing. List the URLs, IP ranges, and specific systems we should focus on. Precision saves cycles.

  3. 03Point No. 03

    Limitations & Restrictions

Outline any limitations on the testing process. If a system must not be tested, state so explicitly in the form.

  4. 04Point No. 04

    Testing Timeframe

Indicate the most suitable window for testing. We will work with your change-management calendar.

  5. 05Point No. 05

    Familiarize Yourself with Agreements

Read the agreement and consent section carefully. Engagements proceed only after both parties acknowledge the terms.

  6. 06Point No. 06

    Testing Instructions

Note any special instructions for the testing team — credentials, sandboxes, observability hooks, or business constraints.

  7. 07Point No. 07

    Do's & Don'ts

Familiarize yourself with the conduct guidelines. Sensitive credentials should only be shared when explicitly instructed.

  8. 08Point No. 08

    Contact Information

Confirm your point of contact — name, role, encrypted channel preference, and out-of-band phone number.

  9. 09Point No. 09

    Review & Submit

Once reviewed, submit the Testing Scope Form with accurate and detailed information. Expect a confirmation within one business day.
